Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Gargiva Arts & Crafts, we package our handcrafted items with extra care using bubble wraps and study box materials to prevent Kundan/bead damage during transport.
1. Shipping Times
- Standard Items: Shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Customized Items: Hand-detailing takes time. Custom name plates or color-themed items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
2. Delivery Charges
We provide Free Shipping across India on orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹80 is applicable.
3. Tracking shipment
As soon as your order is shipped, we will assign a tracking link. You can track your order status directly via our Order Tracking tool.
Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy
Since our decorative crafts are entirely handmade and customized to order, we have a curated return policy to support local artisans.
1. Damage during shipping
If you receive a package that was damaged during transit (e.g. cracked acrylic bases, missing stone parts), please email us a photo/video within 24 hours of delivery at info@gargiva.com. We will ship a brand-new replacement immediately at no extra cost.
2. Customized Orders
Custom design name plates or custom color-themed Torans are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged.
Privacy Shield Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Gargiva Arts & Crafts does not share or sell your phone numbers, emails, or physical address with third-party advertisers.
1. Data Storage
All client shipping details, order logs, and custom notes are stored in secure MySQL databases. Credit/Debit card info or UPI credentials processed via online payment gateways are handled by Razorpay or PhonePe securely and never touch our servers.
